Lore Friendly Viera Feet

Lore friendly viera feet -- based on ffxii / tactics viera ( fran, my beloved )

requirements :
leonblade's heels plugin ( https://github.com/LeonBlade/HeelsPlugin )
set the heel height to 0.07 to adjust the height of the character, that way the feet won't clip through the ground. for masc viera, use 0.8 or 0.9 to start off with.

shoes come with varying height requirements ; adjust based on the setting above. the shoes that need further adjustment are done that way because of pre-existing additional height on the shoes ( platforms, for example, will require a slightly higher setting. ) normal heels will not require that without a significant platform.

1.2 - added boots of eternal devotion, edengate's thighboots of casting, wayfarer's boots for both genders. added moonfire sandals / caligae for men.
1.1. - added : 50 and 70 dragoon greaves, sky pirate's shoes of healing / casting for fem viera. male viera support for vanilla body. cleaned up seams around normals. made a bibo + patch.
