An edit of cowbird's Femroe LA Short Hair mod (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/45874), made to be mostly hat compatible.
First hair mod, so there's some slight clipping with tight hats, but overall it's functional. May clean it up later to fix the clipping.
