An edit of cowbird's Femroe LA Short Hair mod (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/45874), made to be mostly hat compatible.
First hair mod, so there's some slight clipping with tight hats, but overall it's functional. May clean it up later to fix the clipping.

Fixed a lot of the clipping issues, so now it should work for basically any hat
