[Bibo+] Ruffled Skirt Upscale

Thanks to illydoesthings, tzarev and bizu for Bibo+

Upscale of the Ruffled Skirt to Bibo+ and updated stockings. Compatible with Gen3.

Can be used with all stocking textures from my stockings mod (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/53753).

Requires Bibo+ textures, they can have the paths "_bibo" (bibo+ 2.0 and above), _b (bibo+ pre 2.0) or _d (gen3).
If you have bibo textures installed at a different path you have to reassign the skin material yourself.

Colorable ingame. Some parts can be adjusted via the color set editor.

- Do not Reupload
- Do not upload as part of a different mod (e.g. other outfits) without my permission
- Do not upload my models with other body mods without my permission

- Any Private Modifications without public access are allowed
- You are allowed to use the modified Bibo+ models to make your own models
(Restrictions of the Bibo+ mod may apply)
