Updated for Dawntrail (added F Hrothgar animation)

Replaces /determined and /stagger with the Manderville Suplex animation (/determined for the person doing the suplex and /stagger for the person getting suplexed).

To make it easier to line up, both people might have to stand on the same spot.

Works for all Races and Genders
