Added the Half Life 2 Death SFX to the play dead (/pdead) emote for extra drama and nostalgia.

Import it as any other mod, be sure to have Mod Packs selected in the bottom right corner of penumbra when importing so you can see the .pmp file.
The sound is registered under the Voice Effects volume settings in FF's System's Config options, if you want it lowered or increased.
