Fit to Bibo Vegan top and Bibo Medium Bottom. For all tall females.
A cozy layered dress with a long sleeve top and a tight fitted dress.
Replaces the Quainterelle's Ruffled Dress.
The tits will scale, but as I left the bottoms free so you could mix and match panties or tights, the bottom of the dress will not scale.
