Author's Comments:

An edit to his Shadowbringer's model so his eyes will glow and behave the same way as the Elpis eyes do.

The color is static but you can play around with the colorset in textools/penumbra to get your desired effect.

This does directly edit his 3D model so it will conflict with any mods that edit Elezen Masc face 212
