Hypostatic Palakan Tunic for all talls

This is my first mash-up.
This will edit the Hypostatic cloak of casting/healing for all talls except Roe and Hrotgars.
I've reduced the clipping as best I could. You might expect some under extreme clipping under extreme pose or angles while posing.

Should work for every male races EXCEPT Roes / Hrotgars. I'll do this later for our taller friends.
Made for vanilla base bodies !

Adds :
- a shoulder cape
- Palakan-like tissues on the back, so you can have a more thavnairian look
- Side jewelry on one hip

✅ You can wear whatever pants you'd like without troubles of major clipping.
