If you answered yes to any of these questions, behold! My second neutrogena face cleanse. This skin/makeup mod smooths the skin, lessens the eye circles/dark spots, and upscales/refines the eyes and mouth area. Teeny tiny bitsy bits of makeup and contrast were added too.
