Mashup of the level 90 gunbreaker artifact coat, the fur collar from the Shadowstalker/Shadowcleaver PVP armor, and the Edenchoir Robe of Casting. My first attempt at something fullbody and fancy! (this took way too long help)
Works on all midlander based males.
Colorset info: Fur collar can be edited using rows 1 and 2 on material B, the feathers and cape can be edited using rows 1, 2, and 16 on material C.
