Starry Ring Catchlight

EDIT: This mod is 100% going to break with Dawntrail because of the way the new way the game handles catchlights; DT changes them to utilize a shader instead of a texture :') Should the mod community figure out a way to do custom catchlights in the future I'll come back and redo this though!

Couldn't find the exact catchlight I wanted soooo I made my own. Adds a ring light-style star-shaped catchlight in the center of your character's eye with a couple other subtle stars and shine.

Only affects the catchlight, so it should be fully compatible with any face or eye mod. Works for all genders and all races but hrothgar apparently (?! I guess they use a different catchlight texture path?)
