Another Manderville weapon effect tweak request as per the friends in Wolfcord.

This time we're changing the Amazing Manderville Scythe's effect to a red glow as well as changing the sweeping bands texture to match (ie, no white streams like the other ones). Additionally, this restores the colorset to match that of the original Manderville Scythe.

All-in-one package, no optional changes baked into the file.
