Deletes the pink part of the ear so you can use earless hairstyles and/or use ear mods that won't delete it for you.
This only affects the 3D model, so your make up or eyes won't be affected.
It won't delete the furry ear part cause thats part of the Hair, but there are plenty of earless hairstyles out there!
