Author's Comments:
Adds semi-transparent map markers for A rank, S rank and SS & Minions spawn locations. Different icons have been used for A/S/SS to make it easier to identify what you're looking at without needing to refer to the key. Locations should be within +/-0.5 as marks can wander slightly.
Does not change index offsets.
v1.1.5 DT release - removed low res textures. Minor correction for Rak'tika S rank.
