Based on Bibo+ Small Perky, sculpted to fit within the vanilla smallclothes size, weighted to scale as much as vanilla breasts, to have a more consistent size between vanilla clothing and modded, also includes an expanded breast slider that increases how big or small the chest can be while keeping 50% the exact same.
