Author's Comments:
A heavily edited port of the Ocean Sunfish outfit from DoA. I shortened the skirt, changed the panties, removed the weapons, and used the decal from the Street Cap to make my own engraved chocobo badge. It's fully dyeable, and lets you bonk the horny in the name of the law.
The skirt does clip in some sitting positions/extreme motions, but I tried my best. The hat also clips with some hairs, as is standard for all smaller hats in FF. T-T
