Base expression is built on face 4 for malera, but I did the screenshot on my face 1. Same sizing as usual, though, max height, 1.15 scale with C+. IVCS body required for the dick part, but if you're fine with it sticking up, do whatever. I use TBSE-X IVCS, personally.
My... every mod used here (except the tail and scales overlay) on this guy is made by undergcore/seclorum, I 100% recommend buying their stuff if you like cyberpunk edge <3
