Just a simple upscale of the Female Educand's Sailor Top to Bibo+ L Perky.
Also took the sleeves off because I like short sleeves about bicep length.
Feel free to down scale up scale whatever you wanna do and repost at your leisure.

If you want a rescale to bigger or small chest size or even a custom chest size --- like somewhere between Uranus and Bimbo and don't know how to do it yourself, feel free to reach out.
