[DT Updated] [SAM] Tenzen's Phoenix Blade

Wield Tenzen's legendary katana, the Phoenix Blade, complete with its corresponding VFX directly from the cutscenes.
It took many minute adjustments to get the VFX to fit the katana considering it was not originally for player usage, but managed to do it in the end. Please enjoy!
Please note the following:
-Replaces Suzaku's Chokuto (no VFX) and Flame-Kissed Chokuto (with VFX).
-Make sure to check on both model and VFX replacement options during installation.
Changelog:
-v1.1 (29/4/2023) : Included working files! Phoenix Blade VFX filepath is included as a .txt file. I also included the VFXEditor Workspace file (meant for use in VFXEditor) with the adjusted VFX that fits the katana.
