Used AsymFaces as a base when making this mod: https://xivmodarchive.com/modid/34047

Changed texture to include lip color and scar. Quick converted normals that overlap the old ones to create the lip crease. Didn't make for other faces at this time since the face mods I've made so far are for my own Characters/OCs. Maybe that'll change!
