Made use of mcdanceypantsextreme's Just A Simple Robe to edit Urianger's ARR fit so that it looks as if he can take his hood down. Includes some options to keep his goggles on or not.
Previously removed it because it didn't seem to work as intended but it's fine now I think. Let me know if it isn't though...
