Author's Comments:
A mashup between the Star Velvet Himation and Paglth'an wrap. It is a non-dyeable item. The Colorset matches the Paglth'an chest wrap. Deletes all the extra pieces from the Paglth'an chestwrap and puts the jewlry from the Himation on to it.
