7.0 UPDATE. Works with Bibo+ and now properly with Gen3 and gen3 adjacent bodies! (Sorry, there seemed to have been a pathing issues with gen3) I also removed the spacing in the mod name so it's easier to search for :)
This sadly will not work with hrothgals and I'm sorry :<

NOW INCLUDES .PMP FILE THAT INCLUDES BOTH BIBO AND GEN3 BODY MAPPING
Since i'm still new to modding, I had to update the bibo tattoos to work with the gen3 body, so there are some newly added tattoos along with some placed in other areas! please forgive me, but I think you'll enjoy the update just as much as I am!

I'm seriously so proud of how this turned out!~
