Author's Comments:
This is a very simple mod based on Nyaughty's Azazelle mod (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/7219), which featured a pair of wrist and ankle manacles. I just stripped it apart to leave it with only the manacles and recoloured few things to get it to look like cast-iron manacles.
