Adds VFX to the Ktiseos & Diadochos Rods (BLM Weapons). Dark wind & black feathers spinning up the staff, with a lil galaxy at the peak. VFX taken from the Vortex & Ascension weapons. Having it on both weapons gives options for a silver or gold weapon
