Size requirement isn't needed but will need to adjust. Pose also works in clothing like boxers and lingerie but hand placement will need to be adjusted. Nude is kind of a given. Can also be used for couples as each female pose was designed individually around the male's posture. Expression on the hip female is meant to be more shy/demure/tender moment for the Fem actor, while big o'face for back arch female. Masc expression has been described as my trademark smirk.
