Greetings everyone! -Someone- reminded me that I never finished this outfit. I am grateful for everyone's patients, things got a little..meh. Anyway!!!
What we have here is the 2nd Tier of the Astel, Glacier's outfit (which is not much different than the 1st tier). It has been fitted to Bibo+ body and makes use of the Eastern Socialite's Cheongsam(top), Gloves, and Boots. It does come with some options, but per a request, the sizes and.. yes panty-less options are Metadata Toggles. It is not dyeable, but does come in 5 different colors to pick from. I had to pack this slightly different than I normally do so that the metadata could be altered with ease in Penumbra. That said, in Meta Manipulation, you have to use the drop-down box and select the current color that you are using in order for the meta to "work". I will include a screenshot of the drop-down box I am talking about.
Body sizes are Small Butt/legs and meta-toggle Large to Extra Large Breasts. The Colors that you can choose from are Blue, Purple, Dark Blue, Dark Purple, and a somewhat Pearl-ish-like-type thing. And yes, the undies are meta toggle to show or remove with matching SFW and NSFW lower female bits that change with the toggles... Due to the nature of this outfit and the options, I am listing this as NSFW cause there is some naughty bits that can be seen. Last feature is that there is a slight difference in the butt-flap depending on if your race has a tail or not (aka Tail-friendly). There are some small weight issues, but none of them should really be "deal breakers" Expect some clips in some poses.. that's just the nature of the XIV Skellies.. and my limited time to fight it.

On - Check A | Uncheck B (default)
Off - Uncheck A | Check B
Titties!
Large - Check C | Uncheck D (default)
Extra Large - Uncheck C | Check D
*Make sure you Check/Uncheck what is shown here for the options you want to use, otherwise it will Not look right.
