I have cracked the code with the help of a friend, and here's my first (of many) glow tattoos. The cats eyes glow in dark areas (or when shadowed by gear or long hair.)

Atramentum Luminis is the framework required for the glow portion of the tattoo. Without it, it's just a cute cat tattoo. I have included the .pmp for Atramentum Luminis in the download files for your convenience.
HOW TO USE: Import and enable Atramentum Luminis. It needs to be higher than Bibo, but lower than the tattoo layer. After that, import the .pmp file, select your race options, and you're all set!
Au Ra support coming this week, having an issue with it. Follow this mod for updates.
