Author's Comments:

A ruffled skirt with a cute ribbon, sexy panties and knee high socks. Made for bubble bottoms (TF based). Changes Quaintrelle Skirt ingame.

If you wanna hide the skirt and belt with ribbon to use only panties with socks, add "atr_tlh" and "atr_tls" attributes on "mesh 0" "part 1 and 3" (for skirt) and "mesh 2" "part 1 and 2" (for belt with ribbon) during advance import.

Update 1.01: Fixed long boots issues.
