A self painted glowing Tattoo insipired by Anarchy - Ironmouse x Bubi <3
Only for Aura (Scaleless!), Midlander, Miqote, Elezen and Viera!
I included the lose PNG files, 2 transparents (only glow and full tattoo) and a pmp for an ez import.
Looks like a normal Tattoo during the day, glows at night.
Only _Bibo Mats (smooth version)!
You need Atramentum Luminis (AL) for the glow to work! Only for Penumbra!

How to Install/Priority:
1. Install AL and set the Skin Framework to Textures-only (Legacy).
2. Install Anarchy and enable everything you need.
3. Set the Priority of AL higher than ur Bodies/IVCS.
4. Set the Priority of the Tattoo higher than AL.
How to Port:
1. Open PS/Gimp or a similar program and insert ur Body.
2. Drag "Anarchy bibo+ transparent full.png" unto ur Body, make it fit and save it.
3. Open Texture Compiler, add ur Body and load the file u just saved as Diffuse.
4. Load "Anarchy glow only.png" as Glow.
5. Preview/Finalize.
