Do you want to only sometimes have a tail on your Viera?
This mod adds the tipped bushy tail from Touku to brass earrings (and variants) for female Viera. The original earrings are preserved.
You need IVCS to pose the tail.

You will also want to have tail animations for Viera which they don't have by default.
