Tzar for TBSE.
Ny for Atramentum Luminis.
Otter and company for Penumbra and its material editing features.
This is a framework mod that restores varying specular strength on male bodies that use TBSE to put them on par with female bodies, whilst keeping dyeable body hair an option.
The way of achieving this was through the use of Atramentum Luminis 3, that allows regular Body skin shader to slot hair multi information into the formerly unused blue and alpha channels for hair color and highlight color, whilst keeping the green channel for specular strength.
Only includes multi/specular textures, along with material edits. It doesn't overwrite diffuses or normal maps, so it should be compatible with most skin mods out there.
It was also fitted for glowing tattoo compatibility, with the params of 'secret' tattoos (only glow in the dark) for bodies.
Includes optional vanilla face multis, an edited Gloss Strength mode, and comes with a .XCF devkit to compose/edit your own body multi.
Priority order should be:
0. TBSE
1. Atramentum Luminis (requires Skin Framework set to Textures and Materials)
2. TBSE - Specular Restored
3. Your body textures of choice. (Even though if materials are packed, you might try swapping order with TBSE - SR)
* Glowing tattoo (emissive) path:
chara/human/tbse_e.texIf your glowing tattoo removes the material changes, delete the .mtrl files from the tattoo mod and only keep the .tex files.
If your glowing tattoo doesn't show up, make sure the .tex files are set in File Redirection to the path specified above.
Adjust the skin shine color through Palette+'s Skin Gloss (about 20/20/20 gets the same look as TBSE).
Au'Ra currently not included because you can get similar results by using/slightly editing Westlaketea's Scales+ Vanilla shader, just without dyeable body hair.

Do not paywall or otherwise monetize any partial or full modification of this framework, nor derivatives of it.
I have not extensively tried all of the options with all of the races and faces and color combinations, so let me know if you encounter any bug.
