Fixed chest jiggle physics being disabled.

Fixed an issue with the dye not working for one side of the bra!

* Made for Gen3, based on Freyja V4 body!
* For Miqote, Au'ra, Hyur, Roe, Elezen, Viera!
* Better Pubes Framework compatible!
* Best used in conjunction with Penumbra.

TOP: Light Steel Galerus - Chests

Size Information:

Chest: Freyja v4 Large
Hips: Freyja v4 Default
Legs: Freyja v4 compatible TF3 legs (the stocks should be usable with Freyja sized or TF3 sized hip/leg mods.)
