Author's Comments:

A simple request that transfers the Welkin Hat to the Pagos Circlet (and shared models) for Viera so they can wear it too. The hat has been adjusted a bit to minimize clipping with Viera hair. Since the hat can't be visored, options to show or hide the veil are included. Dyeable.
