Author's Comments:

In Endwalker Sleeve Draw got removed in replace for Minor Arcana... but sleeve draw animation just slays a bit too hard. This replaces normal Draw with it.

Tested on all races and genders seems to work just fine... But knowing SE a patch will break it xD

[I couldn't see if anyone else made this so I hope I haven't copied anyone ;w;]
