Author's Comments:

A friend wanted their slim lizzer to remain slim in one of the best tanking coats in the game, so here we are!
Replaces all the coats that look like this, Voidmoon tops and Exarchic tops including their ornate versions.
Scaled down to fit closer to the tbse slim body, the hips are left wide so vanilla pants can still be used without crazy clipping.
