This... has been a baby modder's journey but I (mostly) did it. This was requested by the husband for his lalafell and I took the challenge.
This works on male and female lalafell just fine! But only them because well it was a lalafell boss.
Current Issues

The helm does have issued with some hairs. Going to try and get to fitting it again soon but I need a break.
There is a backface issue with the skirt part but you don't need to be looking up there.
Earrings don't move... another war of the bone weights.
