[☀️DT & fem hro compaitble] Changes cpose1 battle stance for RPR, WHM and BLM to custom flame holding custom animation. 12 flame colors.

Notes:
♥ BLM & WHM animations are linked, so it will affect them both. Same case with flame color. To make their suffering less severe, I gave them face expressions to choose from (sneer/smile)
♥ works for all, but lalas put staff into the ground a little.
♥ I wanted to make it for dragoons too, but I discovered my dragoon is a lancer with 16 level. So I guess I have something to do.
IVCS needed for ear movement. For viera IVCS and ears on mimi bone.
Like my stuff and want to pressure me into doing more?
