This skin mod I made for myself bc I couldn't find any holo effect glitter and feel like sharing.

Works with all tall female races viera, midlander, miqote, elezen, highlander, roegadyn and scaleless aura. Its made for Bibo body but feel free to port it to any body of your choice!
