Switches animations to look more like you're casting spells from your hands!

Makes Bone Staff invisible!

REQUIRES:
- Enabling in Default as well for the animations to stick.
- Penumbra Settings > Advanced > Check "Wait for Plugins on Startup"
- Possibly game reset for it all to finalize
- Prioritize your custom vfx mod right above this one. (Ex. VFX: 0 / ANI: 1)
