Simple mod I made wanting to darken the legacy tattoo a bit, to allow it to better mesh with other tattoos.

Updated for Dawntrail.
- Dawntrail had changed the legacy tattoo texture, and replacing it would cause it to vanish, I have updated the texture to the new format and got the darker effect again.
