The only real IVCS parts are when you have an IVCS cock equipped, it twitches and throbs drools

This is a really sexy seductive pose where you lay on your back with legs spread and just give that teasing stroke. I ported it to work with males however I am pretty sure it will clip a lot with the legs as it tends to clip with thiCCer thighs on females too.

It works as intended but if you have DEM THIGHS, it is going to cause some clipping issues.
