Repositioned Magitek Headphones

Hi! This is my first ever mod, a private edit that I decided to release to the public!

There are three major changes to the magitek ear guards: They were positioned on the sides of the head, they are now fully dyable through colorset edit, and I also added a toggle to place them on an earring instead, so you may use it with some hats and glasses.

There are a couple things to have in mind, however:

1) They obviously won't work with races that don't have ears on the sides of the head (Viera, Miqo'te, Hrothgar, and Au'ra). I did make an edit to Au'ra however, since hornless Au'ra are basically just Hyur lol. Still, keep that in mind.
2) Expect some clipping. Some hairs/hats will clip a lot, and some will barely clip at all. I did my best to leave some wiggle room without making it be too far from the head, and with my own character it worked out pretty damn good. Still, I did my best to fit it well to other races as well, but be patient with me, kay?

And that's all! As far as permissions go, you can do whatever you want, I do not care! Feel free to edit it to perfectly fit your own character, if required. Thank you ♥
