As with all poses, this game gets bizarre with shoulders and REALLY hates it when you raise the arm in certain ways, so it clips to hell and back again. The hair is hiding it (and I suggest utilizing a longer hairstyle with front pieces to do so) but if you can get it to not clip and look human, more power to you.
You can /probably/ get this to work with male-based bodies, but tweaking will have to occur, your mileage may vary.
Made with a max height FemRoe, utilizing YAB Buff Medium Tsukurata (Base scale 0). Tweaks for other races will be needed.
