Figured I redraw my eyes after so long, I like to think I have atleast improved since then in terms of um... artistic ability.
To have the glow/emissive, you have to go into advanced editing, materials, and look for the material that's being used. If you have Asymmetrical Eyes Framework by Midori, you can have a second glow option under IRI_B material instead of just IRI_A.
