I upscaled the Isle Vacationer's Tie-front Shirt for compatibility with YAB and Rue body types in Omoi size.
There's a toggle to hide the bra. Doing so enables the chest piercings from Yet Another Piercing+.
YAS/Yiggle only, as such this requires Yet Another Skeleton from Aleks.
