Author's Comments:

Chokers you can wear under any other mod. They don't take up a slot. You can dye them, change opacity and make them glow. Bind them to glamourer designs.

This mod requires Proteus: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/161558

Proteus mods work best with a 4k skin texture. Find this on your body mods page.
