Reduces Jolt III's size to match its status as a filler spell. Also slightly reduces Jolt II's size so that Jolt III still feels like an upgrade.

This mod is for Penumbra users who don't feel like messing with a scale value in VFX Editor and just want to download something.

One of the most common complaints I see in various FFXIV socmed circles is about how RDM's new Jolt III animation is too big for it being basically just a filler spell. I also found it a little annoying how it basically blocked out Verthunder's and Veraero's animations.
