This is a quick and dirty upscale of the Tulip Corsage to Bibo+ I made for myself but decided to share since I haven't seen anyone else do it.
It affects the Tulip Corsage in all colors and is compatible with female Midlander, Miqo'te, and Elezen.
Expect some clipping but its fine for the most part.
