The Thavnairian glams, refitted for TBSE Fluff.

Affects Thavnairian Bustier, Bolero, Tights, and Sarouel.
Also affects the Softstepper's gear and the level 68 Crafting/Gathering gear.

Fifteen total options:
* 3 bust size options
* 2 crotch options
* Toggle for the waist-wraps on the bolero
* Dye toggle for tights

Requires TBSE and Fluff.

v1.1: Fixed weights on medium chest size to reduce chest clipping, especially with C+ profiles. There may still be some clipping around the skirt waists depending on your scaling.
